I have it from a well-placed source that Community Brands will announce that it has added a new member to its family of customers. The YourMembership users conference wraps up tomorrow, and this deal could be seen as the big news to cap off this gathering of the lead company in the Community Brands consolidation.

We’re hearing rumors, from people in positions to know, that one of the largest AMS companies, which is already private equity backed, is about to be recapitalized.
We’re hearing from a market research firm that a company in the “Member-centric Organization Software” business may up for a round a funding. Names that are being floated in the context of this investment include Abila, YourMembership, and Naylor.
